Qruize is looking to recruit a young and dynamic Manager- Human Resources to drive all its people initiatives and create a culture that is the envy of all. The position is located at Chennai.


  1. Managing the complete HR function of Qruize Technologies and its workforces at Chennai, and the US and ensuring that the following targets are achieved.
    1. All HR related regulations are complied with and there are no defaults, notices or qualifying remarks from any authority.
    2. Ensure that the reputation of the company is always maintained by addressing all issues of discipline and compliances in a timely and transparent manner.
    3. Proactive hiring based on business projections and ensure that all open positions are filled in within 60 days of occurrence and within the budgets allocated for the role.
    4. The HR Manager will work with internal and external recruitment specialists and ensure that every candidate is selected through a robust process of assessment which will include cultural fit, high learnability and such other criteria decided by the CEO and the team.
  2. Always ensure that , employees are able to communicate freely and in a transparent manner with HR and raise their grievances.
  3. Implement the Qruize performance management system and ensure that all employees have granular KPIs and these are reviewed every month to ensure employee and business success. Leverage the system to identify high performers and those with high potential to groom them for positions of higher responsibility within Qruize.
  4. Ensure that a grievance resolution scheme is established, and all grievances are resolved within the time frame for the same. Ensure that the sexual harassment committee is established as per legal requirements and any such complaint is immediately investigated and action is taken as required.
  5. Actively seek feedback and ideas from functional heads and employees.
  6. Ensure that Managers, their direct reports and all employees are constantly aware of the Vision, Mission, and objectives of the company.
  7. Ensure that payroll and benefits are administered without any hassles and all government and welfare payments and contributions are made on time.
  8. Ensure that employee’s capabilities are assessed at periodic intervals and a Training needs analysis leading to a basic training calendar is developed and implemented.
  9. Should be able to effectively communicate the function’s vision with internal and external stakeholders and inspire his team members to achieve greater heights. The Manager- HR must drive the development of a professional, transparent work culture that becomes a benchmark in the industry.


  • The HR manager should preferably have worked in the IT industry (product companies and start-ups preferred)
  • The position of the Manager – HR reports to the CEO and works with peers in other functions like Marketing, Sales, Support, Product Engineering, and Finance
  • Should visit other locations, engage with all employees locally and resolve grievances at the location itself
  • The ideal role holder should have an HR management degree or diploma, at least 5 years of experience and strong interpersonal and communication skills
