As a company our policy is to satisfy even before our customers purchase the product. AutoPropel has a free trial/demo version for 14 days. We recommend using our trial version before purchasing our product. You may cancel the service at any time but there are no refunds for the remaining of the contract duration unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses are non-tangible irrevocable goods that can be easily duplicated. Accordingly, it is our policy that once we have distributed a release to a customer, the sale is final. The software can therefore not be returned for refund or credit. We request you to be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing. Although service has been cancelled, for a select period you still have an option to download Selenium script and use it in any environment that supports Selenium.

Yes! You have an option to host Autopropel in customer’s own server and within their firewall. Here the complete control is given to the customer for managing upgrades and operational aspects.

Hosting Autopropel in cloud is secure for your enterprise needs. We follow industry standard safety protocols and have implemented précised process driven framework.

Cloud hosting option is mainly designed to overcome day-to-day operational management hassles.

Startup plan covers all major features of AutoPropel along with the technical support from AutoPropel Experts (As per the standard SLA) offered as Cloud version.

For the customers who need Dedicated support personnel with Enterprise level response times on their support tickets and preferential escalation of major issues, we offer them a Premium Support with guaranteed response time and access to our Dedicated AutoPropel experts. Enterprise license can be customized as per the customer requirements. The package includes a dedicated support by the AutoPropel Experts available during the contractual time period.

We support both cloud and On-Premise infrastructures.

In Cloud offering, AutoPropel support team will host and set up your account on our cloud environment. Team will manage the operational aspects of setup and maintenance work.

In On-Premise offering, customer will have the control over hosting AutoPropel software on their server and manage upgrades and operational aspects. Maintenance work will be undertaken by the customer.

Autopropel Business Support is currently only available in English.

An email account will be provided to you to have a contact with Autopropel support team regarding request submission. You will also receive an email with on boarding guidance in order to receive an immediate response for your mail.

Autopropel tool is highly configurable and there could be some limitations in the tool for creating test cases on rare scenarios. In cases, where customers are unable to create test cases with existing actions and may require our support to cover those test scenarios.

We will be providing access account(s) for our customers to submit their support requests to the support portal at any time. Our support team will provide solution through email.

Customer can submit their request for the following three reasons:

• General Use: We support queries related to general use and operation of Autopropel tool. We do not support on the issues related to application part, network, OS, Hardware, Database, and other environmental related queries not within the direct control of Autopropel.
• Error Reporting: We support requests related to Errors. An Error is a material failure of the Autopropel software where the tool is failed to perform as mentioned in its functional specification document. The submitted errors will be further verified by the Autopropel product development team and the solutions will be provided to the user from time to time.
• Features: We will accept the requests related to adding new features to Autopropel. Our product development team will provide you with an assessment of the requests, evaluate it, and keep you update on the status of the request.
